This is why I have a lcd writing board with me all the time

This morning, when I was on the phone checking shipping cost with our forwarder, I got confused at the different shipping cost based on different size and weight.

But fortunately, I got a lcd writing board by my hand and I was able to write them down.

I've found my LCD writing board more and more helpful at workspace.
